What is wrong with me? swollen lymph nodes, tired, tonsil problems...

About a month ago I had unprotected sex for the first time with this guy that I dont know very well. (yes, very stupid of me. and its not ever going to happen like that again). Anyways now I am not feeling well. For about a week and a half my lymph nodes under my jaw have been swollen (especially the right side)  and I think the nodes down by groin might be slightly swollen. I have been VERY tired and kind of sore lately. I have also had lose stool that is different from normal. One morning i woke up with a sore throat and I looked at my tonsils and the one on the left side had a little white spot on it. The sore throat went away quickly and the spot is gone now but my lymph nodes are still swollen. They dont really hurt but i am worried about it because I have never had lymph gland problems or tonsil problems. I am a 22 year old female, and I am normally healthy. I am just very scared because I was looking up the symptoms and it matches with the symptoms of HIV. The guy says he did not come in me but I do not know for sure. What do you think my chances of having HIV are? I would go to the doctor for tests to find other causes but I dont have insurance right now. Please help. I just want to know what is wrong with me.

This would be considered high risk for you had an unprotected encounter with someone whose HIV status is unknown. Symptoms cannot be a way to diagnose HIV because symptoms are legion and can be something else other than HIV. Ejaculation had nothing to do with it. You are also exposed to many other stds such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, syphilis, and Hepatitis.  The likelihood of HIV transmission from a single exposure is low however it does not mean you won't get it. There are nearby std clinics in your area or you can go to planned parenthood locations for testing. If you want, you can go to gettested.com or personallabs.com for online ordering in which they will tell you to go to labcorp locations in your area. It is meant to cut out the middleman which is the doc and the costs from a doctor's visit.
