What kind of STI is this?

It has been almost 6 or 7 months since I started experiencing this. Now, my girlfriend is showing same symptoms. We have rash all over the body. This kind of rash are very small and looks like goose bumps or pimples. They appear all over the body making my palm and soles very hard. It is very itchy and feels dry and at the same time sticky at times. In the past, my limbs have temporarily gone numb and my face had felt less sensitive in the past. I test negative to Syphilis, gonorrhea in about 2 or 3 months ago. I'm convinced I had this disease from a lady I slept with at the 9 months ago. I experience severe headache, itching, nausea, and at times tremors. Antibiotics have not  helped. Please, why don't I even experience anything in my urethra or penis, no noticeable rash there, no blisters, no pus. Just tiny rash all over body, severe headache, high body temperature, itching all over, vomiting, nausea and  occasional serious bouts of tremors? My girlfriend is now going through similar problem. I feel to bad that I have put her through such a problem. Please, what could be wrong? I'm certain i have infected her. The symptoms cannot be by any chance. I have been hospitalized once but doctors think the rashes are too small to be taken seriously. Please, I need help. I'm suffering too much

As to a rash all over your body, that sounds unrelated to an std.  A dermatologist should be consulted about a rash.  Are you sure you don't have scabies, bed bugs, eczema, uticaria or hives?  All can cause a body rash that itches.  I'd see a derm and get it diagnosed so you can treat it.  Does anything like Benadryl help?  Perhaps you have a virus called hand, foot and mouth disease.  Kids get it often but adults can as well. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hand-foot-and-mouth-disease/symptoms-causes/syc-20353035

The rashes, although very small in size, are the only visible means to let people know what is wrong with me. However, the attendant problems are very disturbing. A never ending headache, nausea, numbness in limbs and at times even facial palsy, itching and very high temperature. After some months my girlfriend began to show similar symptoms. That convinced me that the disease was sexually transmittable. I have tested negative to gonorrhea and syphilis. I'm wondering: what are the major STD's? or what are the known STD's so far? I wish I could do a test which would finally tell me what is wrong or what i'm infected with, whether a virus or a bacteria
Again, I think it sounds unrelated to an STD. If your girlfriend is showing it, look for other things like allergic reaction, bed bugs or molluscum contafiosum.   https://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/molluscum-contagiosum   This is a pox virus that can occur anywhere on the body.  Harmless and treatable.  Go to the doctor and get your skin looked at.
I was prescribed Griseofulvin(antifungal), flucoxacillin(antibiotic) and cetirizine(antihistamine). My doctor has ruled out STD and I agree. Honestly, I don't have any symptoms around my genitals. Just high fever, dry skin with itching. The rash has subsided and I hardly see them. The fever however keeps getting worse. I'm beginning to think that could be a viral infection. But they aren't any broad spectrum antivirals. My doctor is at loss. Please,is there any herbal product or any medication that is a generic viral medication? I'm confused
All that you mentioned about bugs, scabies too we're ruled out by my health professional
You need to continue to work with your doctor. At this point, I wouldn't take anything except what's prescribed by your doctor since you have no idea what's causing it, and you don't want to make it worse. Work with an infectious disease doctor if you think it's viral.

I'd also think about getting your house tested for mold.

What was your exposure when you 'slept with a lady'?  Did you have intercourse?  Did you use a condom?
