What kind of tests are required for my exposure?

Hello Dr,

I am thinking of getting married soon and my fiance has asked me to do a complete STI panel check and she would be doing hers. We both have very safe fun with each other, I had been a safe and active person in the past till I had a motorcycle accident 3 yrs back and had 2 neck/spine surgeries.During the course of my recovery, I must admit that i did feel more curious about female domination and I have seen 3 different dominatrix 4 times in the last 2 yrs. I have engaged in providing cunnilingus, analingus, foot worship and have ingested  their pee and spit as a part of my encounter. Bruises or cuts in my mouth during these activities are very likely because of foot worship which usually is the first activity. Also, all the three had very active African Male partners, who were also active with other women. I do my checkups annually and have not done this yrs yet. I did read many responses provided in the forum for similar activities with little risk compared to unprotected intercourse. However, I only want to marry my fiance if i am completely clean and if i am not, i would not like to give this explanation.. I would appreciate if you let me know of any specific STI tests /non - STI tests to be absolutely sure that i am clean or otherwise. P.S my last exposure with the dom was 3 months back. Should i wait more for any of the tests?

Oh My God, are these activity risky enough to catch HIV? I have engaged in similar activity by both giving and receiving from active partners. I would not call them professionals but they are active and change partners almost every week. I never thought that Oral was risky for HIV. I have Oral Herpes but this was even before i ever engaged in sex.

All these posts below ,the Drs have said that there are no reported cases of transmission for HIV this way.. now i am concerned.

you can both seek out testing for syphilis, hiv, herpes, hepatitis, chlamydia, gonorrhea and trich to cover your bases.  testing for the whole shebang helps you to both know that at this point who has what.  it's been 3 months so you can get all your testing done now.

have you both had your gardasil shot series for hpv?
