Worried about Infection risk

I got my wisdom teeth on July 31st, and the socket hasn't filled in as of yet. About 2 weeks post surgery I made out with a girl at a party and I was wondering if my open tooth socket would qualify as an open wound for potential HIV or STD infection. Or if even dry socket wold provide this kind of risk? I apologize of this is a stupid question. The thought crept into my mind and has been haunting me since.

Thanks I was worried that in case I did have a dry socket that I may have gotten infected with something via that opening. Anyway thank you for your time in answering my dumb question.
