Yellowish jelly-like substance in semen

I am a 31 years old man who has been having yellowish jelly-like substance in semen since my late teens~19 years old. I've asked my skin specialist back then on this and showed him a sample of the semen. He told me that it's normal. I've not even started to have sex then. I've not been thinking much about it until recently when I found out about this forum and also because my Wife is worried about it too.

Is there anything for me to worry about? What can I do about it? Please advise. Thank you.

It is probably normal for you - semen can be different for each man - but if you are concerned, see a urologist.

If you have had it since before you started to have sex, then no nothing to worry about.
