Your opinions, STD risk???

I have already posted a question to the experts... but I thought I would ask all of your opinion.

The facts:
- Been in a monogamous relationship for 4 years.
- 16 days ago, had protected/possibly unprotected vaginal, (condom slipped off, not sure if there was any contact afterward) and unprotected oral with another woman (a trusted friend who is also in a long term relationship)
- 5 Days after the encounter, my friend was tested (gon, chlamydia, hep B/C, HSV 1/2, syphilis, HIV). All came back negative.
- 10 days after the encounter, I was tested for all of the STDs above, all came back negative.

- This still leaves a possibility that her regular partner infected her with something recently (less than 6 weeks) that did not show up on her STD test.

My friend thinks it's very unlikely her partner has cheated (they live together but he travels for business)... but I am VERY worried that my friends regular partner cheated on her, gave her something less than 6 weeks ago, it didn't show up on her test and now I have transmitted something to my regular partner.

I check my penis every time I urinate to check for any changes in color/spots/etc. For the past 2 weeks, If I look closely, there is a slightly puffy area on the rim of my penis head, (about 2mm) that sometimes looks redder than the skin around it, sometimes looks white, sometimes a faint white spot in the middle, and sometimes is not visible. Sometimes, I can see two spots.

For the past 4 days, during bowel movements I have had definite, noticeable itching of the inside of the anus that slowly recedes ~10 minutes afterwards.

Since the encounter I have had increased sensitivity on the left side of the head, where I can feel my boxers brushing against it. My penis feels uncomfortable with mechanical stimulation (masturbation, fellatio). I can see thin lines running along the head, which i have not ever noticed before.

Could these symptoms be herpes? Syphillis? Any other std?

The anxiety and dread of destroying my relationship is agonizing. I wake up every day feeling like something has grown on my penis overnight.

Considering all my information and symptoms:
When can I go get another test to rule out any and all STDs?

Can I go at the 3 weeks mark????
Can I go before 6 weeks at all?

Do any of you have tips on how to calm the mind of these thoughts until I CAN get tested for all STDs???

All I can say is follow up with your Dr or try posting in uriology. This is a STD forum so if they are ruled out then that is basically ends my advice.

If STDs have been "ruled out"... what could this be???

I have taken three very small (.25 mg)  xanax in the past 24 hours... could this have anything to do with it? What about stress?

When I went to the bathroom today I noticed a fresh wet sticky discharge spot on my boxers about the size of a penny. It was slimy and clear. From what I could wipe off, there was no smell to the substance...

Also,
- Sensitive penis head (slight pain during sex)
- Tingling and some slight shooting pains at the tip of my penis throughout the day
- Pink opening of the urethra
- No pain during urination
- Have been a couple of small, almost indistinguishable red puffy spots on the rim of my penis

Different STD's different times and to tell you when you might see something would do more harm then good for your anxiety.

Great, thank you!
If I were to develop symtoms of anything, how long would they take to show up? I am also going to go to the doc for a physical to hopefully rid this anxiety.

3-4 months for Herpes is what we advise. 3 months for HIV. All others 6 weeks is fine.

And if you go though life with the thought of "possibility" then you must have anxiety in general and might want to see a therpist. It's possible that you might get hit by a comet, but you don't worry about that do you? Or might get hit by a car inside of your house but you don't worry about that do you?

I'm fearful because there is a real possibility that I could have gotten something. Sure, the odds are very low, but definitely possible... why do people play the lottery?

I posted because my symptoms have changed since I corresponded with the doctor. I am experiencing sensitivity, subtle pain, and come and go spots. Even if there are no symptoms, I could still have a STD.

I understand that both HHH and yourself "see no reason for further testing" but I would like to conclusively rule out all possibility of a STD.

So the question remains, can I be tested earlier than 6 weeks? Is 6 weeks even sufficient? HHH says 6 weeks, but I have seen up to 4 months on this forum.

I just went and read your exachange with Dr.HHH and it appears that what I have posted is basically what he has already written. If you can't believe a Dr then why are my words going to give you any more comfort?

Guily does not equal risk or a STD. Your guilt is wanting you to have a STD, that is why your fearful that the bf of this girl cheats on her, gave her a STD that did not show up on tests and then passed it on to you.

I see no reason for concern and no reason for further testing.
