any std or ....?

Hi to everyone.Im from Pakistan.Almost 2 months ago I had unprotected sex.My partner was a sexworker with a multiple partners.after a month I had some health problems like discharge of semen from penis while urinating and pain in my knee joints. So I went to a doctor he checked me and gave me antibiotics like CYCIN , Vibramycin , actifen. I started taking those medicine and it helped me alot  stopped that discharge problem but pain in my joints was still there. So I went to another doctor of rhuematology. He diagnosed me with reactive arthritis and gave me other medicines also like Anex, nuberol forte and faast. So I started taking those medicines and got relief but I started to build some symptoms in my body like blurry eye vision, loss of appetite, oral thrush, pain in joints, headache.
This worried me alot and I thought of getting HIV. So after 46 days of exposure I took HIV screening tests which was " HIV combi( Combination of HIV p24 antigen and ant HIV antibody 1 & 2 ),performed on 4th generation ECLIA cobas 6000(e601) utilizing electrochemiluminesence immunoassy.

IM still having all symptoms that I stated above.
Please help me clear my health status and please tell me about my tests .
Also when I asked my doctor about possible infection he replied that in our country HIV transmission is very rare due to sex.So he told me that I should not get worried.
I took HIV test after 45  and 62 days of exposure.
my results came negative.
after around 70 days my reactive arthiritis triggered agan which worries me alot.please guide me what to do im really scared

I would test for gonorrhea and chlymida, syphilis and HIV again at 3 months. If all are negative then you do not have a STD and you would have to work with your Dr.

Use condoms.
