bacteria or virus?

Please help identify my health issue.   I have been experiencing some type of discomfort system everyday for the past year and a half (Feb 20, 2007).  I had performed oral sex on someone in the Dom Rep.  The symptoms include mouth sore(s), abdominal pain around my chest cavitiy on both sides of my chest.  Very small painful pimples in various places all over my body, discomfort around my anal cavity, blurred spot and floater in left eye, throat discomfort and weight gain.  I hope someone have some information on what could be causing my condition.

This wouldn't be from an std, but you need to get it evaluated if it is affecting you wearing socks and shoes, right?

I have been having problems with my feet and both of my arms lately.  My left foot hurts and itches more than my right. My arms and my feet have about five bumps in one spot and it itches like crazy.  It has been going on now for about two weeks. My left foot no longer itches but it hurts like crazy. When I take a shower, put on socks, shoes, and etc, it hurts so badly. The spots that hurts on my left foot is around my ankels, on the top of my foot, and between my toes.  I don't know what it could be. Can someone please help me?

This doesn't sound like any std.  STDs won't cause floaters, chest pain, pimples all over your body and weight gain.

It sounds like you need to see a doctor for evaluation, and if you are concerned about stds, then get tested.
