funny feeling in throat

I was with a women just the other day and had unprotected oral sex after 2 days of meeting her.  I have a funny feeling in throat and also when swallowing.  Other than that I feel fine and also I have been under tremendous stress lately as I am unemployed.  Not sure if this is somewhat psychological but the timing is quite coincidental.  The women I was with had not had sex for 6 months and I had asked her prior to activity if she has anything and she replied no. I also have not had sex for the past 8 months. I also read several posts saying that the risks are extremely low for contracting std's or hiv from oral sex.  Please advise

Most stds take about 5 days to cause irritation and even herpes takes about 3 minimun so having symptoms 2 days after you can pretty much rule out any std. See a doc if  your concerned.

So in essence are you saying that I shouldn't worry about it because it is driving me crazy.  When I swallow, it bothers me and also when I'm not, I feel like there's something there.  Paronoid as hell

Hi, she would be more at risk to develop a throat std but men giving to women would extremely low as your throat would have to make contact with the inside of her vagina which is not possible and also mouth saliva contains enzimes that are a hostle enviornment for std. Hiv is no risk.
