i have thies white sost on the inside of my bum they do not hurt or bother me but i noticed they where they and i am really worried about they are just little whits bumps like spots and have about 5 can you help me in what they are

Hemorrhoids won't respond to antibiotics, but there are over the counter things you can try.  You really should see your doctor first, though.

it is on the inside and is there anything to try befor the doctors i was looking at hemorrhoids and it looks possible can i try some sort antibiotis at home or anything els...

Are they inside the rectum, or just on the skin outside?  It might be hemorrhoids, warts, or maybe just normal skin.

You should see your doctor.
