mouth to side of penis

can you get an STD from licking the side of the penis?  No contact with the head of the penis and no fluid contact occured.

I performed tongue to scrotum (teabagging) on a sexual partner.  Is there any chance of my contacting an STD from that encounter?  The contact occured several times for 5 to 10 seconds each time.
