In continuation of my above question I want to ask the following question.
My son has met a doctor who also said there are no symptoms of STD. However he suggested one test for his satisfaction. The report is as follows.
TEST   -  H I V  -  I R N A
TECHNIQUE     -  POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION
SPECIMEN      -   EDTA PLASMA
RESULT          -    NOT DETECTED

The test was said to be got done by the Thyro care lab Mumbai India.
Please inform me what kind of test is it. Does the report says that there is no HIV virus found
As the sexual encounter happened on July 13th whether the test shall be repeated after few months
Is there any other kind of test is required to be done to find out any STD
why my son complains of cold and nose blockage since sexual encounter. He swallowed milk during sexual encounter.
Any precautions he requires to take.

You do not mention whether or not the encounter was protected or not. The good news is that the test was done in three months and therefore conclusive. This was, I think, a RNA test, which is good at 28 days and more. You do not need to worry about HIV now but you can always request a panel for other stds.

actually she's posted about this numerous times on various forums now, most of which are the wrong forums entirely.    It was protected sex for her son.

bottom line is - your son had an incredibly low risk of a std from his encounter. all the symptoms you've mentioned in your posts are not due to std's.

Actually he has used condom but he says the condom was filled with fluid at the end of the intercourse. Also he drunk breast milk. His general urine test is clear. He has taken antibiotics for one weak continuously. He has got little depression now earlier it was severe. Now there is a little smell from nose. Are there any chances of any STD.

From all of the information I've gathered, no.

It certainly doesn't sound like he has an STD. The symptoms you speak of have no relation to any STD.

The misconception that sex workers are "dirty" and "infected" needs to go. Because while one on the street might be, escorts are regularly screened by their organization.

Nobody is going to give you answers that divate away from what has already been said.  
Protected sex = no risk for HIV.
I do see from the post he had a PCR test, ---he didn't need the test, but for anyone reading out there.   For anyone who did have a risk, e.g., unprotected sex,   one  should take a single antibody HIV 1/2 test at 3 months..  

So his condom was filled with fluid at the end of intercourse.  I hope you told him that was a good thing.  Last time I checked, condoms held that purpose.  He was at zero risk for HIV for drinking breast milk.

whatever is going on with his sinuses/nose isn't due to a std.  It's that time of the year when colds/flu etc are going around a lot. No reason to think std as a cause.

He needs to follow up with a therapist for his depression and continue to follow up with his regular doctor for his other symptoms.

Even after lapse of so much time my son complains different problems like pain in back side of scrotal area, closed nose and dizziness, giddiness with body pains. A boy of 24 year age why should he have all these problems. He was shown to several doctors so far. No body has indicated any major problems. His  test for urine culture was done one month back which was normal. He was given tabs 'augmetin' for two weeks for pain. He has got a cyst also in scrotal but it is not major. He was checked  by sex doctor for VD diseases who performed physical check of his organs also and inform no problem. He was having infection in his semen as per the tests done one year back for which he was given treatment but after that again semen check was not done. He was having low semen count also but he is still unmarried. He says that his problems have started since his sex encounter in Canada. He was also suffering from depression for one year back which reoccurred recently and is taking medicine like Mirtaz 15mg (one daily)and fludac (daily 2) . What could be the reason for these symptoms. What are the tests he requires to undergo. Her urine test was showing presence of puss cells 2 to 4. His scrotal scan shows mild vericocele and prostate enlargement to little extent. Which was not given importance by the doctor. He says he is not able to go out in the morning cold. He says he is getting cold very fast on taking any thing cold like ice cream.
