oral sex the risk of hiv, syphilis and std

I was damaged near the mucoal of the glans after receiving a condomless passive oral sex with a sex worker on 8/15. It doesn't hurt when I wash the damaged part afterwards, and the wound heals overnight. At the same time, I have glansitis on my glans and the urethral orifice is red and swollen. I can guarantee that sex worker didn't have a lot of bleeding in their mouth. May I ask if I may be infected with sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS and syphilis?

When you say "damaged", what does that mean?

Were you diagnosed with glansitis, also known as balanitis? Did that happen after the oral sex? It's only been a couple of days since you received the oral sex, so I wonder about the timeline of your symptoms in relation to that.

Receiving oral sex means you could get gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, genital herpes type 1, and NGU.

At 2 days in, it's very early to have symptoms. Are you using any creams or taking any medications?

1.damage means minor damage to the mucosa near the coronary groove which healed quickly and now it is the red dot on the glan.
2.i got balanitis before because i am uncircumcised ,but balanitis is not serious。
3. i want to know the risk of syphilis in several  kinds (1)She is positive for syphilis, but she doesn't have chancre in her mouth.( 2)she is in the acute stage of syphilis ans has chancre in her mouth.
4 i dont using any medicine recently.
Is AIDS still a zero risk for me?

If she doesn't have an active sore in her mouth, you can't get it - you need direct contact with a sore or a rash.

You were already reassured that HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, is not a risk for you.
