small pimple like bumps and one large bump inside lips

i made out with a girl at a party, and i develeped a red bump, which then turned white and odd shaped, which then went way down in size, and then bacame swollen and red again. i smoked a cigar, which might have triggered its redness, after doing down. it didnt scab or crust over or burst with fluid. its just a red bump on my lower inner lip. i also have some other very small pimple like bumps on my upper and lower inner lips. i have braces, which might have triggerd the bumps and sore bump.
i have been rinsing with salt water 3 to 4 times a day, which intially made the bump go way down. then i smoked the cigar, which made it inflammed again. PLEASE someone offer some advice as to what i am experinceing, whether it be herpes, an odd canker sore, or a cyst of some kind. please help..im freaking out..=[

This could be an allergic reaction, burning or something from the cigar, oral herpes, etc.

The only way to know is to see your doctor or dentist.
