your wife should be seen promptly for her own symptoms. none of them are std related.

prostate infections are common in males. it often takes several weeks of antibiotics to clear them up. following up with the urologist is the best thing to do.

if you can't get over the guilt from the encounter in march, seek out counseling/therapy to help you deal with it more effectively.

i had a 7 day antibiotic course and retested for uti and the result says that i still have bacteria present in my urine.   my doctor now has advised me to go to a uroligist to see to my prostate.   the situation is now very worrying as my wife is having severe headaches, nausea every morning as well as a very stiff neck.

following my unprotected sex i had end march this year , i am still very worried i had/have an std and have passed it on to my wife even though i tested for 5 times for all std's since my exposure.

can anyone guide me pls

you won't be developing a std from oral sex 6 months ago now.

uti's in males aren't all that common but they do happen. no reason to think this has a std related cause.

why are you repeating tests if they were negative? follow up with your Dr and explore the symptoms.
