white spots on penis

i visited a massage centre where a transgender have touched his penis and then he touched my penis...he touched only from my cloth with one layer only.i touched his penis as well but didnt feel any precum even...After 15 days i saw a white type spot on my penis and now after 40 days i can see number of white spots...these are very small and i have to scattered the skin to see them.i can feel white spots on my lips edge as well...As per my judgement these looks like fodyce spots but not all of them looks same like some are white opening and some are like skinny bumps...

my doubt these can be warts or fodyce spots....Can anyone elaborate how to distinguish in between both.

Does touching from cloth only can cause hpv since i didnt touch my penis for two days from my own hands so only possibility is from his hands...

but this thing i just got after this incidence only...is that a coincidence...

Can you pls guide warts can come within 15 days after exposure?

Secondly kindly distinguish between warts and fordyce spots??
one thing to add i do have hair follicle already on my penis from last 1 year
And is this possible that i contracted hpv from his penis since i touched and i transfered to my penis after 2 days once i touched it...(for two days i didnt touched my penis)
This was 2 days ago?

HPV has an incubation of several weeks to several months - you wouldn't see warts nearly this soon.

Have you googled fordyce spots? They can look similar to warts, but warts are usually on the skin, and fordyce spots are usually under. They are oil glands.

You can't get HPV through fabric or clothing.
