worried sick

I am worried, probably beyond reason, about having caught some kind of STD.
Almost 3 months ago I had an at risk encounter with a girl i met at at a bar in Miami. We used condoms, but I think the second time around it slipped off and i didn't notice until the very end.
The next morning i had an herpes sore on my lip, then everything went downhill from there.
in the followign weeks i had been extremely worried about having caught something, then i began having simptoms like stiff neck, headaches andmuscle soreness.
Then i began having testicles and lower back pains, as well as the inside of my legs right where the legs join the torso become stiff, something similar to a pulled or strained muscle.
I was diagnosed with Prostatitis 2 or 3 years back, but this time the symptoms seem much stronger.
At 2 months from the encounter I had a complete STD test (Chlamdia, Gonorrea, Syphilis, HIV), which turned out to be negative.
I am coming up on 3 months now, stil have the waist and lower back symptoms, plus my neck always feels stiff, right now the pain is at the base of my back, near the torso, and it feels like it is two spots, one on each side.
I cannot tell if it is glands or not, eventhos if it was glands i understand I should feel some kind of little ball under the skin, right?
Anyway, i am planning to go get checked again in a bout 15 days or so, the 3 months mark, in the mean time i am extremely worried.
The main question is, i am now on antibiotics (Cypro) for the Prosatitis symptoms ( i went to a urologyst), could the antibiotic cause a false result, negative or positive in the STD test? If so, should i stop the antibiotic before the test, or just let the Lab Tech know?
BTW, no, i didn't tell the urologyst about my sex encounter, I wanted to , but when it come down to it, i was just too embarrased.......i know it was stupid!!!
thanks for the input!

You have no reason for testing again for gonorrhea or chlamydia. And did the condom come off? You are not making that clear.

Your symptoms have nothing to do with a STD.
