wut is this?!?! HELP pls

Hi I'm a 15 year old male. A while back i masturbated in a women's panties and few weeks later i started having flu like symtoms sore throat and all that and testicles pain.I went to the doctor and they said i had strep gave me meds but it never went awaynor did the testicle pain. so i went back a while after with the same problem and a shiny rash and some anal itching they gave me anti fungal creme and gave me anather strep test which was negative but they also gave me penicillin ehich while i took it made the sire throat go away but came back after being off it.Then most of the flu symtoms went away except sore throat and stuffy nose and the rash started spreadind around my stomach and i started to have minor pains in my abdomen and stomach.I went back to the doctor again and they did blood work to check for mono that came back negative and she said everything was perfect. Then some time later sore throat went away but came back oddly. Also i left this out i have too pee all the time and that started around the second doctors visit i still have this symptom next my urine had a slight green tint to it and my stool was pale brown which progressed to have a little green in it then turned completely dark green which happebed yesterday so i don't know yet if it still is and bad joint pain so srry if this is long and for the bad grammar if i missed anything ill post it down below thank you!

Your symptoms have nothing to do with the masturbation episode.  You have no STD or any other infection from that event.
