Advice Please

Hi Drs

Approx 12.5 weeks after having unprotected sex with a female friend of mine I have noticed a small 'spot' or 'blemish' under the skin on my penis (2/3 down on skin) It looks like it could be a blocked pore - It is not raised, painful open etc and when I stretch the skin it virtually disappears / goes skin coloured. It is about the 0.5cm in diameter and appears to have a tiny blackhead in the middle.

I am concerned as I strayed out of my marriage - I was tested after 7 days for other STD's all negative but just a little concerned now I have noticed something 3 mos on. Prior to this not noticed anything at all.

Any suggestions on what this might be would be much appreciated, thank you for your help.

Your description of the penile lesion does not suggest any STD.  Probably it's just what it looks like--  a small sebaceous cyst or blocked pore, with a blackhead.  That's only a guess, but no STD looks like that.  If you remain concerned, return to the provider who you saw for the STD tests and show it to him or her.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
