Dear Doctors,
I have been with only 2 women in my life time. One I have been with for 4 years, and the other a close friend 5 days ago. I have never had any problems so I am very nervous about this and want peace of mind. 5 days ago, I received oral sex, and she tried engage in sexual intercourse. After about 20 seconds of realizing what I was doing, I pulled out and did not continue with oral sex or actual sex. I am uncircumcised, and noticed a little pain when she was performing oral sex, maybe because she was pulling back on my foreskin too far. 2 days after this incident, the very tip of my foreskin was very sensitive in only one area. If something rubbed against it, clothing or boxers, I would feel discomfort. Also, one pimple came up at the top of my thigh, near the pubic region. I have bumps on my shaft of my penis, but they have hair coming out of them, they are white and very small. There are no bumps on my penis, and it has only burnt once when I urinated since the incident. Something that I have had in the past is penile papulla, around the base of the head, but very small and few in number. It is still there and looks the same as it did a year ago.
I have not noticed any change in this area. I popped that one pimple, and it’s a bit sore, I have gotten pimples in this area in the past so I am not too worried about it. The things that concern me are the bumps where the hair follicles are, and why my foreskin is still a tad bit sensitive. It has improved in the past 2 days. I am having a lot of anxiety, because I have never experimented with anyone else sexually. I talked to the girl that this happened with a few days ago, and she has told me that she is totally clean. I have applied neosporin to the popped pimple and it has gotten better. I have also applied neosporin to the foreskin. Should I get tested for something?
