Anal Coating Extremly Worried HIV Symptoms?

I recently discovered that in the inner walls of my anus there is a strange whitish coating covering the wall of it. I have unprotected anal sex almost everyday with my boyfriend. In closed is the link to the picture I took of it which I hope I'm allowed to post because I just cant even describe what I'm seeing ( http://i1130.photobucket.com/albums/m530/MeYoko55/photo.jpg ). Also I'm scared because 92 days ago on Oct 31st  I had a episode of unprotected vaginal sex with my friends cousin who I just met. I have asked him about his health status and he assures me he does not have HIV. He also has a girlfriend. The condom came off and it lasted anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes.. About a week or two after I got checked for any stds which all came out negative. At 52 days I got an HIV rapid blood test that came out negative. At 67 days I noticed a couple sores on my tongue in the back left corner so I freaked out and at 72 days I got another rapid blood test that was also negative. The sores disappeared about a day after. A week ago at day 81 after my exposure my boyfriend got a flu virus that scared me even more thinking maybe I have HIV and I gave it to him. His virus lasted about 5 days with runny nose, fever and night sweats for two days, coughing, sneezing, headache and muscle aches. I've had post nasal drip for the past three weeks and now today at day 92 I got a 102 fever  that now has gone down to 99 I also had muscle aches. I have been noticing a bit more acne as well recently. Well Its safe to say I've been freaked out for quite sometime. So My main questions are: 1.Looking at the picture what in the world is that doctor am I in trouble?2.If I tested Negative at 52 days and 72 days but all these strange goings on are happening to me health wise should I get another test now that I'm at the official 3 month mark? 3. Do you think my rectal problem and my fever could be related to HIV this late? Or do you think I just got the fever and virus from my boyfriend?

I'm not mad at your asking but I feel that there is no need for repeating myself. your result is definitve.  You do not need further testing.  This will end this thread.  There will be no more answers.  EWH

So My infection cleared up within the week from the antibiotics. Since I was worried about the fact that maybe those symptoms were caused from possible hiv I got another rapid test at 15 1/2 weeks it was negative. I'm still worried though because since the infection I have had loose stools pretty much everyday and some increased acne on my face a little on my chest and some on my arm which I am not prone to get usually. I also have rectal bleeding sometimes but not a lot of blood. I' have also had some little blood spots in my mouth that look like they're under the skin and come and go within 2-3 days. As well as some discomfort on the tip of my tongue which I can't make out they look like tiny tiny little growths like my taste buds grew out of my tongue but barley see able.. At this point I don't have a real doctor or insurance. Do you think I'm ok as far as hiv goes? The last hiv counselor said to be sure I should come back at 6 months. I hope you're not mad I'm asking. And should I seek a medical opinion for all the other things going on with me? I think something may be wrong.. :(

No, I would not worry about HIV because of thrush.  Person who take antibiotics often get thrush.  If you are concnerned, get tested  Testing at this time will provide a reliable answer.  EWH

One last thing I promise. So it turned out to be a rectal infection, I also got oral thrush from the antibiotics I've been taking but even then you don't think it's related to HIV do you? Sorry I know you said not to post here but I don't have the money to repost..

There is a good chance thatthe bumps you have just noticed have been there for some time but were un-noticed.  As I said, the way to deal with this is to have your doctor take a look,  EWH

Welcome to our Forum.  Unfortunately, you have posted on the wrong site.   Questions about HIV belong on our HIV Prevention site.  I will do my best to answer your questions with this reply but, if you have many additional questions or follow-up they must be on the HIV Prevention site.  Sorry

We have a policy not to look at photos on this site. The reason for this is that we have learned that photos are often misleading and can make our advice less useful to you because we may make incorrect assumptions based on photos.  Even without the photos, I am confident that I can provide answers to your questions.

First, you do not have HIV.  On the basis of your two HIV test you can be completely confident of this.  HIV tests currently detect all recently acquire HIV infections within 8 weeks of exposure, thus your 52 day test would have detected over 95% of infections and your 72 day test would have detected all.  Believe these test results.  You do not have HIV an you therefore could not have given HIV to your BF.  It is far more likely that his recent flu-like illness was the sort of not-STD, non-HIV viral illness that most people get from time to time.

As far as the whitish coating at your anus, my advice would be to have your doctor take a look.  You are correct that yeast infections can occur at this site and have a white appearance.  In addition, on occasion, normal rectal tissue can have a white appearance as well.  the best way to find out what this might be is to have a experienced. health care professional take a look.

I hope these comments are helpful.  EWH

Also doctor in case you can't look at the photo from what I've been looking at online it looks like it could be a yeast infection. Can you get an anal yeast infection? and should that make me worry more about possible HIV? Sorry again for all the questions. Also I'm female..
