Any advice before I get Married.

2008-2011: I'd 15 protected vaginal and anal sex, unprotected fellatio, cunnilingus, bare genitals touching..all with CSWs in Mauritius. Had 3 unnoticed broken condoms during vaginal sex.  Tested Negative 9 times in Mauritius for all STDs including Herpes (NON Type Specific).  With the consistently negative tests, I moved on being confident of not having stds/herpes in Jan 2012.

In Germany/UK:
Dec 2012 - Unprotected sex 2x with a friend of unknown STD status(she had unprotected partners before)

Jan - Feb 2013: Wild Protected oral/vaginal sex 3-4 times with 6 different CSWs (Hired each for 3 hours) & deep kiss & unprotected cunnilingus. On 3 occasions I saw some red/pink bumps near labia/thighs/vagina of the CSWs.  There has been some naked genital-genital touching also in all the 6 cases while making out naked (foreplay).  I examined my penis for some days after the incidents and never saw lesions.

28th Feb 2013:  Unprotected Fellatio 10 minutes + wild protected vaginal 3x + unprotected cunnilingus+naked genital touching.  I’d bad bleeding cuts from shaving my penis and scrotum around 30-45 minutes before the sex.  One was on my shaft and one on my scrotum.  She even sucked on the cuts when doing unprotected oral.  I also had a white pimple with hair on penis shaft (don't know if opened). I used a vibrating penis ring I found on there..other clients had used it before..it brushed against the pimple on shaft and quite fresh cut on shaft from shaving. There was also trauma and blood on penis head (frenulum) after rough unprotected oral.  I checked my penis for two weeks thoroughly and found only one dry white spot on upper penis shaft, which I scratched and wounded. It crusted and healed in two days.  
After 4 weeks I tested Negative for:
syphilis
Hep B
Hep C
HIV
Gonorhea
chlamydia
NGU
Throat gonorrhea
I did not test for herpes blood test again this time.
Can I have unprotected sex with my wife without fear of STDs or HERPES?

Just to add. Condom slipped a bit in some of the exposures but penis head always covered.  I used my hands to adjust it and continue sex.  Once I also touched inside of condom after fingering CSW and put it on to have sex. vaginal fluids were inside condom then.

HIV test is 4th generation.

The test for HIV done was a 4th generation test.  It was negative as stated.

The tests you describe, performed 4 weeks after your last exposure provide evidence that you can trust that you did not get any of the STIs you tested for with, perhaps, the exception of HIV.  If you were tested for HIV using a 4th generation, combination HIV antigen/antibody test, then the results are definitive.  If you were tested with a test for antibodies only, or do not know what sort of test you had, I would suggest another test for HIV antibodies, just to provide definitive evidence that you did not get infected (the risks for infection are very, very low and I am confident the test will be negative).

We do not recommend blood tests for HSV.  You had one 18 months ago and it was negative.  In the absence of outbreaks following encounters since that time, you can be confident that you did not get HSV either.

At this time, I see no need for additional testing, other than the HIV test I mentioned above.  Take care.  EWH

I forgot to say that I am getting married in TWO weeks!!!!!

In some of the protected sex condom slipped a bit but head was always covered.  I used my hands to put it back.  I also fingered a CSW and touched inside of condom (vaginal fluids got in) and put on same condom to have sex.

I also snorted some cocaine with the last CSW by sharing a bill. Hence the Hep C test!

From 2010 I have hard small and palpable inguinal lymph nodes on both sides.. they have always been there since 2010.

I checked my penis for 14 days after the last exposure (unprotected oral, protected vaginal and naked genital touch).  I did not check my penis at all after that.  Never a lesion on penis head.  Just a white dry skin thing on shaft on the 13th day as said above.

I am a male 27 and uncircumcised.  I am originally from Seychelles, worked in Mauritius, Germany, France and currently in UK.  I am getting married and my fiancée is a virgin.  I am of Asian ethnicity (if it matters) and never had a relationship/partner. I had done breast sucking will all the CSWs.

This is the only time I am discovering love and I want to be confident that I am clear of Herpes/STDs before having getting married, having sex and forming a family.  As I said I did not have a herpes blood test this year and all my previous Non type specific Herpes tests were negative in 2012.

Please do let me know if there is any other test I need to do!
