Chlamydia and vaginal fluids question.

I have a question. On april 26 i went to an escort. Oral and Vaginal sex were protected. It was my first time and i felt guilty and ashamed. So to reach ejaculation i masturbated by hand. I do not remember if it was with our without condom on.
I I was not druk but i was careful and i did not suppose that something went wrong.
Now i'm scared of chlamydia. I've read that hand - genital contact is not a concern for chlamydia. But is it possible that while i removed the condom the vaginal fluids transfered from the condom to my hand to urethra that chlamydia is transmittable. Because these are deep vaginal fluids. The lady i was with was 35 years old i suppose and she was very careful by everything regarding the condom while having intercourse.
Now on may 3 i washed myself with a special soap and immediately my urethra hurts. So i became scared and i am checking and squeezing my penis since then 20x a day. Is it possible that i irrateded my urethra from this. on may 5 i took some augmentin 4 pills 875mg and 2 pills the each day following. Total 14 pills. Stupid i know.
I have no discharge in the morning and urinating only hurts when i squeeze my penis before urinating.
1. Could i get chlamydia from this?
2. is this my anxiety and squeezing what causes the discomfort? How long can an irritated urethra give discomfort?
3. I know its stupid but did the augmentin cure the possible chlamydia?

Welcome to the Forum. The activities you describe are virtually no risk for getting chlamydia or any other STD. Neither of us on this forum have seen or hear of infection with chlamydia, gonorrhea or other STDs ever being transmitted in this way. Further, the symptoms you describe are far more suggestive of irritation from trauma and repeated self-examination than anything else. Finally, the augmentin you took may have cure chlamydia if present.
My advice to you is to try not to worry and, most importantly, to stop examining yourself, including squeezing your penis. Allow yourself time to heal

The amoxicillin, which is part of Augmentin is active against chlamydia and is sometimes used to treat the infection in person who cannot take other medications. If you had chlamydial infection this would probably have cured it.

Hello Doctor, when you wrote to me 2 weeks ago that i should stop examening myself i stopped immediately and 2 days later my symptoms were dissappeared. So everything went well.
After 5 days i had the feeling i felt something again and that day i had a lot of stress due to my work. I didn't sleep well i had a lot to urinate during the night.
I have that always when i'm stressfull. The next days i had the discomfort back. So i didn't squeeze my penis but examend it closley and masturbated a lot! I'm thinking of this constant!
