Do I have an STD

Recently I had unprotected Oral from PSW overseas. I am 30yr Old male and  I felt a tingling sensation on my penis tip the next day but no other symptoms, it caused me to panic and goto a local STD doctor.  He did a urinary analysis 2 days after encounter and chlamidya, gonherrea and all came back negative and all other tests.  I was not content and went back a week after encounter for further testing.  He ran an HPV PCR swab, and did Urinary analysis once again everything was negative but found very high WBC in the 50s.  He prescribed Suprax and I went back 2 days later for another test, this time WBC was in normal range but RBC was in the 10-15 range and asked to continue Suprax.  Since I was traveling I decided to go back one more time day before I left and he took urine and this time a semen analysis and ran cultures on both.  The urine showed same level of RBC 10-15 and the semen showed WBC and RBC presence.  But both cultures came back negative.  What STD could possible cause this issue?  I still fill random tingles on my penis head but when not thinking about it it is not there.

I saw this comment before I replied above and took it into account.  I know what WBC and RBC are.  This information doesn't change my opinion or advice.

Welcome to the forum.  Your question is more or less identical to hundreds of others on the forum over the years.

STDs do not cause penile tingling sensations, and no STD can start to cause symptoms sooner than 3 days after exposure; maybe rarely 2 days but for sure not the next day after catching something.  And the STD tests are reliable, and cefixime (Suprax) would cure or prevent some of the most common STDs, including gonorrhea and syphilis.

I am not a fertility expert or urologist, but I believe your semen indeed is abnormal.  However, I also believe some WBC and RBC may sometimes be present in semen normally.  In any case, STDs do not cause semen abnormalities of this sort.

As for other explanations for symptoms, they are classical for genitally focused anxiety, not for an infection of any kind.  That you only notice symptoms when thinking about it is strong evidence for an emotional or psychological origin, perhaps related to anxieties about a sexual exposure that you regret.  Discuss this possibility with your primary care provider.  But you can stop worrying about STDs.

I forgot to mention that the doctor also did a test for NGU and it came up negative.  Also when I said WBC I mean Leucocytes and RBC I mean Erythrocytes.

I'm having the same issue, though haven't had any tests. had oral sex and now have a tingling feeling mainly at the tip of the penis, though it comes and goes. It doesn't hurt when I pee and there is no redness, rash, discharge or sores. This has been going on about a week now.
