I am a 27 y.o. male and being in a relationship where sexual intimacy is VERY rare I finally caved in and went to a strip club against better judgement (in Jan 2012).
Things went too far. She handled my penis for about 2 seconds or so (no stroking; just to place it securely in my underwear). We proceeded to dry hump with her nude, and me with my undies on.
During the act, the tip of my penis slipped out of my undies for a while (I can't remember how much slipped out but maybe about 0.5 inches). Hence, there may have been contact between the tip of my penis (I still have my foreskin) and the skin above her vagina. I don't think the act lasted for more than a couple of minutes. It was dark but I don't think I saw any irregularities in her vaginal region however I didn't look closely.
I got an STD test done and it was all negative (HSV1&2,HIV,Chlamydia,Gonorrhea).
Fast forward to April. Still sexually strained but swore to myself never to go to a strip club again so I got a fleshlight device as a masturbatory aid. After about a month of using this, small white bumps showed up on the tip of my foreskin. The derm I visited said this was molluscum and froze them off. He also suggested I visit a Urologist to get circumsized.
Around this time, a new bump appeared at the base of my penis shaft which grew to about 5mm. The urologist said it may be HPV (he looked unsure) and he will take it off for a biopsy along with my circumcision.
I couldn't wait and went back to my derm who said this was still molluscum. He froze it off as well.
Now in the last week, I am seeing two new, very tiny bumps on my shaft. They still look like molluscum to me. They are very tiny (<1mm) and can only be seen a bit clearly during an erection.
Is it possible it's HPV and my derm is wrong? I know that HPV is common and I should not be afraid but I really am. I have only ever been with 1 girl for my entire life and barring the strip club affair, have always been faithful.
