With 2 negative test batteries, you can be sure you are not infected with chlamydia or any other STD. Anyway, it was impossible to acquire chlamydia from the exposure you describe. 'Clear' discharge is normal from time to time in all women (especially after ovulation). Whatever the cause of your wife's discharge, it has nothing to do with your CSW exposure events.
So the direct answers to your questions are: 1) No. You don't have chlamydia. 2) No, your wife's discharge has nothing to do with you or exposure to your semen. 3) There is no STD problem here, unless it is one your wife picked up somewhere. (I'm not suggesting that--just that I have no way of knowing.)
Bottom line: Your wife is the only one to decide whether her discharge means anything. If she is concerned about it, she needs to see her provider and get it checked out.

You could not have caught anything from protected sex or unprotected masturbation. You had safe sex. To prove it, you have had two STD tests that were negative as 100% conclusive evidence you have nothing.
Whatever your wife has going on, it wasn't caused by what you did a year ago.
Thanks for your comments. I thought i was in the clear but it seems a strange coincidence that after 2 weeks she gets a discharge that she has never had before. Will be interested to hear what the doc thinks.
Clear discharge in women is suggestive of ovulation. Usually, if it was an infection, the discharge would have a foul odor & be a yellow or greenish color. Regardless, you do not have any std.
