Could this be Chlamydia or other STD???

12 Months ago i made the stupid mistake of having sex with 2 CSW's. The sex consisted of some mast given to me which was unprot'd, Oral which was with a condom and sex again with a condom. As i remember it i dont remember there being a condom fail however at on point the CSW did give me unprot mast so i dont remember if the condom failed or she took it off. When returning to my own country(the UK)i felt really guilty as i am married so after speaking to a GUM clinic they said wait 14 days then get tested for gonnorreah and chlamydia which i did and the results were neg. They told me to go back at 90 days and have a full screening which again i did and the results were Negative.Ever since my exposure i have had a stinging around the foreskin,Glands area(not when urinating, just generally.)occasionally an ache in the testes too. So in the 12 months since my exposure i have been tested 3 times in twelve months all negative. Now to my current dillema. Since the CSW episode my wife and i have always had protected sex up until 2 1/2 weeks ago when it was unprot. Since the unprot sex the last few days she has mentioned she has a clear discharge that is there after urinating when she wipes herself. She does not complain of any other symptoms. My questions are:
1. Could it be possible that chlamydia infects the prostate therefore being passed on through sex but not be picked up on testing?
2. Could it be the fact that we had not had unprotected sex for a while so my sperm has caused some irritation?
3. Given the tests that i have done could this problem possibly be from an std?

With 2 negative test batteries, you can be sure you are not infected with chlamydia or any other STD.  Anyway, it was impossible to acquire chlamydia from the exposure you describe.  'Clear' discharge is normal from time to time in all women (especially after ovulation).  Whatever the cause of your wife's discharge, it has nothing to do with your CSW exposure events.

So the direct answers to your questions are:  1) No. You don't have chlamydia.  2) No, your wife's discharge has nothing to do with you or exposure to your semen.  3) There is no STD problem here, unless it is one your wife picked up somewhere.  (I'm not suggesting that--just that I have no way of knowing.)

Bottom line:  Your wife is the only one to decide whether her discharge means anything.  If she is concerned about it, she needs to see her provider and get it checked out.

You could not have caught anything from protected sex or unprotected masturbation.  You had safe sex.  To prove it, you have had two STD tests that were negative as 100% conclusive evidence you have nothing.

Whatever your wife has going on, it wasn't caused by what you did a year ago.

Thanks for your comments. I thought i was in the clear but it seems a strange coincidence that after 2 weeks she gets a discharge that she has never had before. Will be interested to hear what the doc thinks.

Clear discharge in women is suggestive of ovulation.  Usually, if it was an infection, the discharge would have a foul odor & be a yellow or greenish color.  Regardless, you do not have any std.
