Does this sound typical for any STD?

I noticed yesterday that I have about 4-5 very tiny red dots on the underside of my penish shaft.  They are the size of a pen point and are somewhat shiny.  They dont hurt, dont itch, anything like that.  They appear flat.  The area in which they are located is not red, just the spots (rather tiny dots) are.  They are almost invisible to the naked eye.  I noticed them upon close examination.  I thought it could just be some irritation or blocked follicles.  Overall, do these symptoms sound typical of any STD?

Thanks doc!

This doesn't sound like any STD.  Probably as you suspect, some variation on normal skin like blocked sweat glands or nonspecific irritation.  But see a health care provider for reassurance if the problem persists.
