Do I have an STD?

April 20, 2010, I had gotten oral sex from an escort, sex worker!  She put the condom on when I was limp, then worked her way to an erection. She gave me oral for about 10 minutes! 2 days later I got a Fever and didnt feel good for 2 days! The fever was a warm, from head to  body!

Withen 1 week, my prostate and testicals became swollen and painfull! it became painfull and and burned when I peed, my bladder became very week! It hit me hard!

My prostate and testicals then became swollen and I couldnt sit down on the chair, and had to lay in bed for a week!

I then waited and hoped it was just some infection and that it would go away! But it hasnt gone away yet! after 2 weeks, the the penis head skin has become red and irritated. and it has been that way ever since!

Now my prostate and testicals hurt all day! Its been in pain now and red irritated skin since, april!

I went ahead and got tested for clamidia and gonorrhea over the internet and it came back negative! I dont have a car and feel embarrassed to go to the doctors, to get tested for other stds!, cause I have to tell my dad. although I am 27.

I then did some research and thought maybe its interstitial cystitis, so I ordered some products for that and also prostate health products, it seems only to help a little but the problem is still the same, its my whole groin area that is irritated still.

I am thinking that this could be an STD? maybe Herpies? or just a prostate problem? but my penise head skin , has looked red and irritated since the first outbreak?

I have not noticed any blister, or out breaks, its just that the penis head skin has been red, ever since?

What could this be? Herpies? interstitial cystitis? swollen prostate? or some other STD? I now that I need to get tested, and I will once I get some money and courage, to go to the doctors? please help me on this> its been 4 months now and it hasnt gone away?

I will repeat myself once. While the things you are taking may make you feel better they also may be masking things.  It really is never a good idea to delay evaluation, both because it can lead you to worry longer than needed or becasue it might lead to progression/complication.  EWH

Thanks, I am thinking its prostatitis, interstitial cystitis, if its not an STD/

I am taking these vitamens, cysta Q, cystoprotek, Saw palmetto. I am taking this, and it does help the swollen prostate a little!

Again I was hoping that it would go away, but it hasnt! Its still really swollen, I cant sit down longer then 15 minutes and my testicals, start to hurt. After I sleep the prostate will heal up and the swelling will go down. Then after I wake up it wil swell up and start to hurt threw out the day! Some times it really starts to hurt and I have to take tylenol.

I appreciate your help, I am just hoping it goes away.  I will go to a regular doctor, if it doesnt go away withen a month or 2 ....I will go then

Welcome to our Forum.  My message to you is quite simple- you need to be seen by a physician and to try to sort things out with tests or treatments bought over the internet is a waste of time and money. While what you do with your money is up to you, I am concerned that for lack of an examination and professional assessment you could be allowing a problem to progress and become harder to treat.

Your risk of STD of any sort from the exposure you describe is virtually non-existent.  Similarly the fever you describe is not suggestive of an STD either.  Few STDs are spread by oral sex and condom protected sex is safe sex.  My guess is that the onset of your problems and your receipt of oral sex are coincidence and nothing more.  Prostate problems as well as swollen testicules are problems that should be evaluated by a physician.  This is not an STD so there is no reason to be embarrassed.
