From your description, your partner's lesions are not warts or any other STD. As you suggest, pimples, folliclultis, etc seem more likely. I see no reason for her to see a doctor and I don't think you should suggest it to her. If she, not you, thinks there is a problem, she'll get it checked out. In the meantime, I see no reason for you to stop sexual contact, especially since you've already been exposed anyway.
