Can Acute HIV Infection (the flu like illness that occurs 2 weeks after infection) trigger a genital warts episode? i know you said that everyone can get it. My question specifically is if it can trigger at attack

there is nothing in what you report to suggest you ahd the ARS. If you are worried about HIV, get a test, then believe the results. Would you say that considering i didn't have Fever or the other symptoms of ARS this is even more unlikely? I did have a canker sore on the base of my gum. I get canker sores often but on the inside of my lips. I am not sure i ever got one on my gum. The sore lasted 3 days. I Dont know if it is a coincidence that it happened together with the warts.
But i did NOT have Fever, Sore throat, rash, swollen lymph nodes or anything of that sort.
Can someone get the other AIDS related infections you mentioned WITHOUT getting the regular symptoms of ARS?
I am worried about this...

Now on to your question.
The ARS is associated with a transient decline in immunity and in a very few persons it has lead to the onset of acute AIDS-related infections such as PCP pneumonia. HPV infections can be more obvious and progress more rapidly in persons with chronic HIV infection than in persons who are not immunosuppressed. However, as far as the ARS somehow causing HPV infection to become more apparent, this is very unlikely and has not been reproted in the medical literature. HPV infections are slow moving and the immunosupprssion due to the ARS is very brief (just a few days), not providing sufficient time for warts to become apparent.
