Flaking anything to worry about?

It's been 5 weeks since my unprotected vaginal exposure.  I got tested for HIV, HSV (IGM), and HSV (IGG - 1 and 2) on Wednesday.  All three came back negative last night.  1) Can I be pretty comfortable with those results considering the time since exposure or should I go back for more testing later?  Aside from that, this morning I found some flaky skin at the bottom of the underside of the shaft.  I was able to scrape it off fairly easily, but it was still somewhat attached to my penis.  Also, while I was looking around under there I also found a white, slightly oblong follicle(?), that when I stretched out the skin looked like several follicles around it, but this one had no hair growing out of it and the others did. 2) Does this sound like cause for concern? 3) Could a wart start off looking like this, or would its appearance be more all-of-a-sudden?

Once again, thank you very much for your opinion.

The reason I got both IgM and IgG is because I couldn't remember which was the accurate one, so I requested both.  So they were separate tests on separate blood samples.  When I called the hospital lab they said the only info they had on the test is that it's IgG, Type 1 and 2.  They weren't sure if it was HerpesSelect or not.  So should I retest?

I'm sorry, I didn't realize it was the same question.  I don't believe I asked about flaking, warts, or the accuracy of HSV testing at five weeks, five days ago, did I?  But please, correct me if I'm misreading what I wrote.

Woki, how is this question going to change anything the Doctor said when responding to the same question 5 days ago on May 7?

Woki this is the same question regarding the same encounter you had last month, the doc told "not to worry" about it, what more is there to say?  You've already been tested negative, and the answer to your question about STD testing reliability and accuracy timeframes can be found in previous questions.  Hope it all work out.

Flaky skin doesn't mean anything.  It doesn't sound like warts.

The fact that your herpes testing included a test for IgM antibody shows it was not the accurate kind of test.  Ask specifically whether your HSV-2 IgG test was the HerpeSelect test.  If not, disregard the results.  But your symptoms don't sound like herpes.
