sorry Dr. but I never mentioned that I tested I said that "I am booking an appointment next week for a full std test and I hope all are -ve" sorry if I enfuruated you doctor I never ment to be illmannered.
I do not repeat my answers. Your negative test at 16 weeks proves that you did not get HIV from the exposure you described and therefore there is no reason to think that you have infected your wife.

sorry Sir but can you help me here on my last question ?
thank you doctor for your prompt response and sorry for my bad english as Iam not a native english speaker. so I understand from what you replyed is that I need not to worry about and STD including hiv and that my wife is also OK? another question sir is an autoimmune disease contagous? any way I am booking an appointment next week for a full std test and I hope all are -ve.
There is really no reason for you to worry that what may be a swollen lymph node on the back of your neck is due to an STD acquired from a CSW 16 weeks ago. There are many other illnesses which can cause lymph node swelling. Swollen lymph nodes are a non-specific response to any number of stimuli including infections due to bacteria and viruses, allergic reactions and autoimmune disease. Of all persons with swollen lymph nodes only a tiny proportion of them have HIV. If you are concerned about swollen lymph nodes, the proper place to get evaluated is with a good internal medicine physician. In my experience, many things that clients worry about as swollen lymph nodes turn out not to be. If indeed the node is swollen, an internist would be in a good position to help you evaluate its origin.
As I understand your post, I also note that you received oral sex from your CSW partner but did not give it to her. Thus, if you have swollen nodes in your neck from an STD (which I think is unlikely), they would be part of more generalized lymph node swelling, not just present in your neck.
Bottom line, go see a doctor, make sure that you really do have swollen nodes and that they are abnormal. If this is the case, you should then work with the doctor to sort things out. EWH
