Oral Sex Concerns

Here's my story. I went to a "massage parlour" in Vancouver. I got a back rub and then she asked me to flip over.
She opened a new condom (not sure that it was latex but felt like it). She put the condom on and performed oral sex and used her hand at the lower shaft of my penis. In about 3-4 minutes i finished took off the condom that appeared very intact. Cleaned myself with a tissue, dressed and left. While she was doing her thing I was touching the outside of her vagina. What am I at risk for? Could I have transmited something from her vagina from my hand to touching myself? Could I have contracted anything from the oral act from her mouth or hand? What do I need to
get tested for. Like many others I am married and acctually never had sex of any kind with anyone other than my wife. Obviously guilty and concerned about spreading something to her too. Thanks for your help.

You are not at risk and have nothing to worry about except any guilt and anxiety that may follow this exposure.  Few STDs are spread through oral sex and condoms prevent those that are. Similarly, your masturbation does not carry any risk for STD either, despite the fact that is is typical for persons engaged in mutual masturbation to get each other's genital secretions on each other.  You do not need testing and are not at risk for any STD from this exposure. I am going to seek clerical and counceling help. It would not be fair to burden and upset my partner. It may make me feel better but I am the one that is wrong. My partner has endured plenty of hurt and upsetment in their life, adding this would cause more. I'll need to bear this and work through it. Thanks again!!

I think you just need to work through it.  Sorry. Obviously telling your regular partner would confront the issue but that is sometimes difficult.  EWH

Any recommendations for the guilt or anxiety. I've never done anything like this before, nor plan to in the future. Thank you for the quick response, I had called the cdc and they just read off of their screen generic information. Your post was helpful and puts my mind at ease.
