STD from hand job

Doctor,

What is the risk from getting chylamidia, gonnereha or syphyllis from a hand job with her saliva and vaginal fluids.  I have some tendernous in my scrotum and lower abdominal pain.  Can this be the cause?

This is at least your 3rd post on this and the STD forum since April.  The limit in any six month period is two in order to let others have access to the limited number of slots that we can handle.  Your most recent question has been answered directly.  Furthermore there are additional explanations to your quesitons which can be obtained by searching the STD site.  There will be no further answers to questions or comments here.  EWH of both myself and HHH

Thank you for your response.  I was worried if I should have sex with my wife.  I guess I am in the clear.  Is the the hiv virus/stds destroyed when it hit the air?  does std need direct skin to skin contact for transmission?

Your exposure is zero risk.  You did not penetrate her in any way and your exposure to her secretions is not a risk.  This exposure is within the realm of masturbation which is safe sex.  No risk to you for acquisition of HIV or any other STD.  Please realize that in the course of masturbation genital secretions are regularly shared between partners, nonetheless there are no HIV transmissions which have occurred in this way.  Nothing to worry about, no need for testing.  EWH
