Unfortunately, this forum is strictly limited to issues about STDs other than HIV; the HIV prevention forum is where this should be. Therefore, my responses will be brief. Lots of information is available on the HIV forum that should help you out.
You are far more worked up about this than necessary. There has never been a reported case of HIV transmission by cunnilingus, in either direction. That doesn't prove it can't happen, but it means the odds are exceedingly low, and you aren't likely to be the first known case. The presence of unrecognized cuts, bruise-like feelings of the mouth, etc don't make any difference. (If you don't know whether or not there was a cut on your tongue, there wasn't.) In other words, there was no signficant risk even if your partner had HIV -- and if you're in the US or other industrialized country, it is very unlikely she is infected anyway.
Other STDs are very rarely transmitted by cunnilingus as well.
So you don't need any STD or HIV testing on account of this event. Of course feel free to seek testing if my words aren't sufficiently reassuring and you need the negative test results to help get you past your fears. If so, visit your local health department STD clinic and follow their advice.
There is no point in further discussion. There is nothing you can add that would change my opinion or advice.
