Congratulations to your practice of safe sex. This goes a long way towards protecting you from STDs. Straight to the answ3ers to your questions:
1. You sex was protected except for what can be best described as brief receipt of masturbation. Masturbation is no risk, even if you partner did have an STD.
2. No danger from touching. In the course of masturbation it is typical for individuals to get secretions on one another.
3. Testing is not required except for your own peace of mind. If you wish to pursue testing, the major infections to test for are gonorrhea, chlamydia and non-gonococcal urethritis (NGU)
4. Most likely this reflects a combination of the power of suggestion and a bit of anxiety. Itching in the areas you describe is not a symptoms of any common STDs
Hope this helps. Take care. EWH
1. Your encounter was 2 weeks ago., If you got herpes from it, you would have developed lesion by now. Nothing to worry about.
2. No
3. Yes, no condom needed
4. It's not that infectious. Most sexual encounters with partners who have herpes do not lead to infection.

Thank you Doctor for answering. Very helpful. Can I ask a couple of following questions?
1. I am most worried about herpes. Can it get on the part condom wasn't covering, maybe one-third, one-fourth of my penis? Is that something that happens a lot? How long do I wait until I am "ok" for herpes?
2. With touching, if something did get on my penis outside of the condom, could the touching have rubbed it on the rest of my penis?
3. Can I have sex w/ my wife? Do I need a condom, or to wait?
4. I looked a lot on these boards. If herpes is in 20% of the population, and seems to be so infectious, why is it so hard to catch?
Thank you, doctor. After these answers I think I will be ok. Now just worried about guilt and stupidity.
