Hard lump under foreskin.

I noticed a har lump on my penis, right aroun the shaft, and Its under the skin. It's not bothersome, but it it is turning a bit red, since I've been touching it. I've had it for 3 days and it hast developed into a sore or anything. It's a bit bigger then a pimple, more like a zit, It doesn't hurt, but it does feel irritated when I touch it. It also feels hard like a lump. Could this be Herpes or Syphillis? I'm pretty freaked out. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow. I taked to a guy I had sex with and he said he doesn't have any sores. I had protected anal, and oral sex. If I got something, it happen 10 days from when I got the lump and the last time I had sex. The lump is under the foresking near the shaft, no particular color.

See above.  Most likely just a pimple, unrelated to the sexual exposure.

Wlecome to the forum.

No STD causes this sort of problem, and most likely it's not due to anything related to the sexual exposure you described, i.e. just a coincidence.  If the problem continues, see a doctor or clinic -- but most likely no STD is responsible.

I meant to say that the lump developed 10 days after the last time I had sex
