Do I need testing?

Hi Dr. -  I should start by stating that I suffer from OCD.  My question involves a couple scenarios revolving around strip club visits.
1) Last November I went to a strip club and got a lap dance.  My pants remained on.  The girl was topless with panties on.  I sucked her breasts and also ejaculated in my pants as she grinded on me.

a) Is there any exposure to HIV or any other STD?  Also is there any chance she could have gotten pregnant?

2) Last week I was out of town and visited numerous strip clubs and got numerous lap dances from various women.  Again I kept my pants on and fondled and suck numerous breasts.  I also thought I might have had a cut or canker sore in my mouth at the time.  I also got worried one of the woman had a big mid-section so I started thinking she may have a young child and could have recently lactated.  Also while at the strip club I realized I got a small cut above my eye (similar to a nick from shaving).  It was actively bleeding and open but by no means a large cut.  I dont recall any woman with an open cut but dont know how i got it (womans jewelry? fingernail?).  Also I have no recollection of ever taking my pants off or touching anyone's vagina. Of course with the OCD I start to doubt myself and think what if i did something but dont remember b/c I was drinking etc.   5-7 days after the encounter I got multiple canker sores in my mouth.  I also felt cold symptoms (i did travel on plane) (mild irritation to throat, slight dizziness, chills and fatigue) but overall felt ok.   I got really worried that this was consistent with acute hiv.
       a)  please advise.  I am risk for HIV or any STD?  Why the symptoms - isnt that a weird coincidence?  Should i get tested?  Please advise.  I really need your help.  My mind is taking over with catastrophic thoughts of what I could be facing.

Thank you Doctor.

1.  No risk for getting her pregnant.

2. OK to resume sex with your S.O.

3.  Correct.  This is your OCD, not true risk.

The cut makes no difference. EWH

And I assume you took into account the open cut description in my initial question, correct?  I just wanted to verify there was no risk with that.  Thanks.

Thank you for your prompt response.  Just a quick follow up and I promise no more posts.
1) Is there any risk I could have gotten her pregnant by ejaculating (my underwear and pants were on, and her panties were on)?

2)  Since no testing is needed, is it ok to resume sexual relations with the significant other?  I should add she is pregnant.

3) As for my nagging doubts of "what if i did more but dont remember" - I am thinking I should chalk this up to classic OCD.  do you agree?

Thanks again.  This is my last post.  I appreciate your time.

Welcome to the Forum.  I'll go straight to your questions:

1.  This was a no risk exposure.  There are no STDs, including HIV that are spread through clothing.  That you ejacuated and that your pants may have gotten wet from this in to way changes this.  Similarly, having sucked this persons' breasts is not associated with any risk.

2.  Still no risk. That you had a canker sore or that she may have been lactating makes no difference.  Your cold symptoms are a coincidence, not an STD.

There is unequivocally no risk and no need for testing.  EWH
