I can't say what is causing your symptoms, except I am 100% confident it isn't an STD. The best bet is anxiety and nothing more. Otherwise, it certainly has nothing to do with the sexual exposure you describe. Brief oral sex is close to zero risk.

so, no worries about the oral sex then??? Any idea what is causing the discomfort to date?
You aren't too old at all. I work part time at a med school, and there are a number of students in their 40s. Really, there are a lot of pluses to being older; older students are generally more dedicated, settled, willing to work hard, and have much more life experience to offer. However, older students also can have more difficulty keeping long hours, and have "lives" and obligations that can sometimes interfere. Give it a lot of thought. Med school is a very long, very arduous, and very expensive process, but if you're serious, you shouldn't wait too long. You don't want to be paying your student loans with your social security check ;-)
Hey monkey. I was dumb when I started reading this forum. Dumb to cheat on my wife and have to spend time worrying about STD's.
I am not dumb about STD's anymore. Fascinating field. In hind site if I had my life to do over again I would be a Dr. HHH disciple and be an M.D. in the field. I can't believe the mis-information out there. People need real facts and real help. Too bad there are so few places to get it. I am amazed at how little urologists know about STD. Even the urology forum on this website needs some help!!
Thanks Dr. HHH. Is it too late for a 41 year old to become an M.D.?
I agree with imdumb, who really needs to change his username ;-)
You didn't even have sex so there is no chance of an STD. No STD can cause a symptom in less and a couple of days.
Move on, you are 100% OK.
The evidence against an STD is overwhelming. 1) No STD is ever transmitted by hand to genital contact (none, period, ever). 2) No STD can start to cause symptoms only 6 hours after exposure. 3) A health professional found nothing wrong. 4) You have been treated with antibiotics that would have cleared up any possible STD. 5) And then a second doc confirmed nothing was wrong and said you didn't need treatment. I guess I don't understand why that reassurance wasn't sufficient. I don't know what other test result are in the works, but you didn't need that testing. I agree 100% with the second doc: you never were infected, your symptoms don't mean anything serious, and they will fade with time. Just relax and stop worrying; you don't have anything. But of course if your symptoms persist, continue to follow up with your doc (preferably the second one).
Good luck-- HHH, MD
