Is it possible?

I was on an official trip to Thailand and had a sex with a call-girl. The first time was protective, used condom properly and ended up well.

On the second time during the start of the sex I was trying to penetrate from the back but was not able to as neither I was comfortable nor she is and as I changed the side I have observed that my condom ripped I immediately stopped there. When I asked her whether she is suffering from any STD, her response was in negative. She assured me that I was not even inside of her at that occasion. But I am not sure.

But after two days I started feeling itching around my penis, I went to the doctor in Kula Lumpur and he told me that I have developed fungus, given me a cream to apply and tablets (Ketoconazole) and after two days I was okay.

For many days I am not able to eat and sleep properly. I feel weakness, observed mosquito bite type spots on my right leg, mild sore throat and occasional cough (not dry);

1, Under such circumstances do you think that I got any type of STD including HIV?

2, What if I have once entered in her (penetrate) - suppose for one or two seconds - as I was trying at that moment, do you think so that I am at risk?

3, Shall I go for any tests and if yes what types of the tests?

Kindly need you urgent help.

Live well

I already said "for HIV the risk was zero for all practical purposes".  Did you think I might have changed my mind?

Given the brevity of unprotected exposure, the chance of any STD was very low, and for HIV the risk was zero for all practical purposes.  A penile rash of the sort you describe is not an STD symptom -- and a provider thought it was a fungal infection, so that's a good bet.  In general, doctors are well trained and medical care is sophisticated in Malaysia and Kuala Lumpur.  It also shouldn't be any trouble finding a qualified STD specialist or dermatologist, if you're not confident in the care by the doctor you have seen.

In the absence of more specific STD symptoms (discharge from the penis, genital sores), STD testing probably isn't necessary.  But the best approach is to see a provider who understands STDs and follow his or her advice, including which tests to do.  Every sexually active person outside committed, monogamous relationships should have an HIV test from time to time, so maybe you should do it now, since it's on your mind.  But not because of a single exposure of the kind you describe.

Oh good grief.  Re-read my original reply in it's entirety.  It means the risk of HIV was so low that you don't need to be tested for it.

No, it is not "very natural" to request that reassuring information be stated more than once.  You may not keep asking every anxiety-driven nuance that comes to mind.  I will delete any furhter comments on this thread without further comment.

Dear Sir,
Can you kindly just explain me "all practical purposes"

Once again my apology if I have offended you earlier.

Dear Sir,
I am just reassuring, which is very natural for a person in my situation. I did not mean to offend you.

Take care

Dear Doctor,
Thanks for the reply and i really appreciated it. I shall be thankful if you reply about the following the question, which is the major concern of mine:

What if I have once entered in her (penetrate) - suppose for one or two seconds - as I was trying at that moment, do you think so that I am at risk?

Live well, keep smiling and keep doing the nice work
