Give Up n Meds

Here is the scenario.

I am a 24 year old male. I had sexual contact with a female 4 weeks ago. She was dry humping me. She had no underwear on, but i had my cotton boxer briefs on. At no time did my penis come into direct contact with her vagina, and there was never penetration. The entire instance lasted approx 45 secs. However, she was extremely wet. When we finished i noticed my boxers were wet in the front.I have read on certain websites that STD's can be transfered through the vaginal moisture and it can go through the cotton because it is not rubber.
Secondely I was out of town and would not return. I stopped in a clinic and the doc prescribed me 2g of azithromycin and cipro. I took both.
The symptoms went away for 3 days and then began to return. I have read other posts and heard people say the same thing.
I then visited cozumel mexico two weeks later and stopped at a pharmacy.I picked up another 2g azithromycin and 400mg of celexime tablet and more cipro (Which i gathered from  the new guidlines on the CDC website). I checked the brands on the web and all the medicines were legitimate brand names. I took all the meds and the following day took another 2g dose of azithromycin and another dose of cipro for extra percations.
6 days later still feel symptoms.

1.) Can Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, or Trich be transfered this way throught underpants into the penis if the female does not wear underwear but the male does?
2.) Could all of these doses fail? If azithromycin failed the first time is it more effective the 2nd or third time?
3.) Also i notice extra driping after i urinate. is this a sign of an STD?
4.) Does alchohol effect these meds if i drank three days after i took the dose?
5.) What do i have to do to get rid of this?!

First, I don't know what websites say that STD transmission occurs in this setting.  To my knowledge there has never been even a claim of STD transmission through clothing; if it can occur, it is too rare to measure or to worry about.  They call them STDs because you have to have sex to transmit them--and with rare exceptions that means vaginal, anal, or oral penetration.

Second, your symptoms don't sound like those of any STD.  Third, if you caught any bacterial STD, the drugs you have had would have cured it.

The direct answers to your questions are:

1) No.
2) No.
3) A little urine dripping after urinating is not a symptom of any STD.
4) No.
5) Most likely your continuing symptoms are just the physical manifestations of anxiety.  Just forget about them and they'll probalby go away.  Otherwise, I have no advice about how to make them go away.  Of course see a health care provider (again) if they continue to bother you.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
