HIV and Herpes really really stress

Hello Doctor, thanks for your time.  I am a 33 yrs male, and feel terrible guilt after 14 years with my wife.  First time to stray during my vacation in Hong Kong.
Nov 26, 2005 - I have only protected vaginal intercourse for 2 mins with latex condom..no oral at all.  Becasue I need to pee after that 2 mins, I removed my condom and went to washroom. Then, come back use the same one for another 1 min.  Then, I stopped without ejaculation.  After that, she tried to use hands with lubicant to make me *** for 2 mins.  Anyway, no ejaculation and I leave.  During the whole process, maybe head of my penis touch her discharge or outer vagina without protection by accident(maybe few seconds) .  Because my penis was not hard enough to continue.
Nov 27 (12 hours after), I feel little scratch pain and itching on a specific area right side of my penis head.
Nov 29 I have fever and flu.  Also pain become more serious, similar to chafing happened on my tip and whole head of penis. (No discharge). Feel little burning inside after urinating. No problem during urinating.
Nov 30 visited a doctor in Japan.  He said I am bacteria infection.  Then, I took antibacterials + antipyretics + Antispasmodice.  After I took those, all problem went away.
Dec 3 back to HK to visit another doctor.  I don't have any problem, but just to double check.  He said I had NGU.  Need to take Doxycycline 100 mg and pyrdium 100 mg for 7 days.  I took them no problem at all.
Dec 12 back to Canada and told my family doctor what happened.  He did some tests for me (blood and urine test - HIV + syphilles + gonorrhea + chlamydia) and all come back negative.  And I took 4 tab zithromax 250 mg and ciprofloxacin HCI 500 mg. I feel everything ok.
Dec 18 symptons as follow came back again until now.
-raw painful, similar to chafing on my penis head.  Started from the same area as last time.
- little redness and swelling on my penis head (same as last time)
- feel little burning inside after urinating (same as last time)
- swollen and tight lymph glands in my groin since yesterday (left only new!), but size like normal.
- no fever, blisters, sores, or discharge.
- no medication at all since DEC 12.
Dec 22 went for a HSV-1 and HSV-2 test.
My questions are:
1.  What kind of STD I have?  Any idea.
2.  Is that sound like Herpes?
3.  Is that easy to be transimmited from her discharge or gential skin contact thru the skin of my penis head?
4.  If I have herpes, what is my risk for HIV?
5.  Medication I took in Japan, help me stop my problem after 2 pills why? But the symptons came back again and more serious why?

Please help me, my wife and I am really stressful.  No sex since NOV 26.  Also, our sex history was very clean.  Sorry I english writing is not good.  Hopefully, you understand.  Thanks again.

You will have to post it as a new question.

With regard to what you just posted I have to ask a question even though you say it is a bad idea to try and self diagnose yourself for HPV.  Can you get little red bumps on your penis and not have them be from an STD?

Just come back another visit from my family doctor.  Because I took a bacteria culture test and urine test 4 days ago.  All come back negative.  I forget to tell you I have AS ankylosing spondylitis, and took celebrex sometimes.  Because of my back pain today, I took celebrex 200mg.  I feel better now.  My family doctor took me AS may cause inflammation on my penis too.  Is that true?  Also, Doctor checked lymph glands in my groin.  He said I am normal.  Anyway, thanks for your help.

I am unaware of "new studies" showing that HPV is commonly transmitted from hands to genitals.  If it occurs, it is uncommon. Anyway, most genital HPV infections cause no warts, remain asymptomatic, and never cause disease of any kind. I advise people worried about catching STDs that they NOT try to examine themselves for HPV or warts.

look for hpv warts
new studies say they can be transmitted from finger to genital
she could have touched her vagina then touched your penis
thereby transmitting the hpv virus

You have seen at least 2 health care providers and you also have been treated with antibiotics that would have cleared up any bacterial STD.  Equally important, your symptoms do not suggest herpes or any other STD.  More than anything else, your symptoms are most suggestive of anxiety and psychological stress.  To answer your specific questions:

1) Your symptoms do not suggest any STD.

2) It does not sound at all like herpes.

3) Herpes is transmitted that way, but that probably is irrelevant to your situation.

4) With or without herpes, the risk of getting HIV from the exposure you describe is extremely low.

5) Psychological stress will do that.

Follow up with your own health care provider.  Sorry I cannot be of more help.  Best wishes--  HHH, MD
