I'm not sure where your abdominal pain is. The lymph nodes affected by STDs are at the top of the thigh, between the thigh and pelvis, not in the abdomen. EWH
Thank you, I intend to have blood work done in the next two weeks. Hoping to also find what is causing the lower abdominal (assuming lymph node) discomfort.
Welcome to the Forum. I'll try to help. The sensations you describe, a "pinching" sensation is not a typical sensation associated with any STD in the absence of a lesion or other symptoms. Further, it sounds as though you have been well evaluated for the STDs which are most common- NGU, chlamydia and NGU and the tests for these problems tend to be quite accurate. Although your symptoms are not particularly suggestive, for completeness sake, unless you have already had them you might want to also be tested for HIV and syphilis (both are blood tests) and if those are negative, that pretty much rules out STDs as a cause of your symptoms.
Prostatitis might be causing these symptoms but prostatitis is not an STD despite the misperception by many health care providers that it is. Hopefully your treatment will prove helpful.
thus, to summarize, I want to assure you that it sounds as though you have been well evaluated and that the symptoms you are experiencing are not a manifestation of an STD which has been lingering. I hope my comments are helpful to you. Take care. EWH
