Lap Dance with hand contact

Great site, keep up the excellent work!

I got a lap dance the other day, where the stripper was naked and I was clothed.  She touched/rubbed her vagina a couple of times and then put the same hand down my pants and manipulated my bare erect penis.  I asked her to stop but she did it for 30 seconds to 1 minute.  Is there any risk of getting an std this way?  Herpes, gonorrhea or the like?  I went to my family doctor, who told me this was a low risk thing and just said to use condoms when having sex for the next month.  If no sores show up in the period, then I'm in the clear.

I was just worried because my wife is pregnant and I'm afraid of passing something on to her.

Should I be worried?

Thank you very much.

They call them STDs because you have to have sex to transmit them. What you did doesn't count.  Your family doctor is correct.  Lap dances and hand-genital contact pose no risk for any STD.  So no, you should not be worried.  No realistic chance of any infection of any kind.

Thanks Dr. Handsfield, you've helped put my mind to rest.

All the best and please keep up this important work.  There is a ton of misinformation out there on other websites.  It's a great comfort to have some straight forward common sense answers to these questions from people like you.
