should I worry?

Ok.. here is my whole story:

- I'm 23 years old male, Had my first time escort and I was a virgin (please no comment about this. I got my reason)

- escort looked so clean, no coldsores or genital warts,

- escort showered, put creams, cleaned her puss with fresh tissue and put me condoms 2 times.

- details: she gave me oral sex, ** for a whole min till I felt a little pain cuz she did it hard.
- I licked hers.. for few seconds.
- skin contacts, and had all protected sex with condoms,
- our lips touched less than 5 sec.
- fingered her for few seconds
- body touch.

- ok.. so After 2 days of sex, I got cold sore on my bottom lips and it cure in 4 days. ( why i got these herpes? what kind of herpes are they? will they appear again and again? )

- a week ago I got high tempreture for a half day + Flu for 3 days i took medicines from pharmacy till i got better
- after 2 weeks I think I had a penile discharge for 2 days and then it never come back again.
- after 16 days I got another coldsore on my upper lip,, probably cuz of aniexty... and much worries.
- after 3 weeks I went to RBK hospital in german - stuttgart and made a Full test for blood test, urine test, and swap test for chlamydia and gonorrhea - Paid 1500 Euro -_-...

- All tests came negative, but they told me that my CMV a little high and they were wondering if i got vaccine or not when i was a kid, and actually i don't know but doctors there told me nothing to worry about and i'm fine.

- I'm still worried abt my penile discharge ( a cloudly white very little drop I had to milk it out ) and i read abt penile discharge and it says if left untreated it would lead to serious problem, but it came out negative, so i'm confused.. why I had it then, did it cure by it self?

now I'm on my  4th week, and I'm still so worried, I can't sleep I keep thinking about it, I even get burning senstation in my body cuz of aniexty .. specially when I worry.

am I at risk or STDs? or HIV? please tell me..

Welcome to our Forum.  I will try to help. It is not unusual for persons whose first sexual partner is a commercial sex worker to be worried following their first sexual experience.  These worries can cause problems of their own.  You have already received good, accurate advice on the Community site here at MedHelp.  i will elaborate a bit.

My first piece of advice is to stay off of the internet. This is not a wise thing to do as the is much incorrect information or correct inflammation which is presented out of context and therefore misleading.

Second, please believe me when I tell you that most commercial sex workers do not have STDs (including HIV) and that even if your partner did, most solitary sexual contacts to infected partners do not lead to infection.

Third, there is no risk of HIV, at all from any of the activities you describe.  HIV is not transmitted by kissing, touching, oral sex of the sort you engaged in or condom protected genital contact.

Fourth- believe your test results. Current tests for STDs are very accurate.  You do not have gonorrhea, chlamydia or other STDs you were tested for.

Fifth, recurring cold sores may be associated with your anxiety over this contact, not with infection.  The cold sores you describe are characteristic of recurrences, not having acquired a new infection.

Lastly, please stop examining yourself.  It is normal for men to have small amounts of discharge which they can express from time to time. Repeated examinations can cause irritation which could increase this normal discharge.  you have normal tests- believe them and try to stop examining yourself.

I hope you find my comments helpful. EWH

Thank you very much for your reply, You made me feel comfortable, but I still have some sort of worries..
about the penile discharge I heard tthere is other than chlamydia and gonorrhea,,, it's NGU Non-gonococcal urethritis do u tihnk i got that? or from the tests of chlamydia and gonorrhea i don't have it?
shall I take a full test again?

my test result came an hour ago and I got this medical report:

(blood tests have been completed. All results are okay.
The Tests show, that you had an infection with Herpes simplex Virus, Epstein-Barr-Virus (Kissing disease or glandular fever) and Cytomegalie Virus in the past  (so your immune system has aquired the specific antibodies - no acute or new infection) and that your have been vaccinated against Hepatitis B (having aquired antibodies against Hepatitis B Virus, your antibody titer ist very high > 1000 U/l which is good).
The urine result was ready on Friday and it had already told you that the urine test was okay.)

Would like your explaination about this medical report .. and are this hepatitis dangerous? as well as the herpes?

shall I just move on and never think of STDs or infection again or I should re take the test in the future?

this is my last question, i really hope u answer me , thank you alot.

You should move on. the rport shows that you do not have an acute disease and your hepatitis result shows that you have ahd a good response to hepatitis vaccine and the you can be confident that you are protected from that problem.

I have explained the origin of your "discharge" above- please re-read my answer.  EWH
