Welcome to the STD forum.
You describe low risk encounters, since no STD can be transmitted by fingering and hugging; and cunnilingus is very low risk for any and all STDs. STDs virtually never happen unless a penis is inserted in another person's vagina, rectum or mouth. Also, no STD causes muscle aching and weakness; those symptoms are just a coincidence, or perhaps due to some non-STD virus that you could have caught from one of your partners. It is conceivable the oral sores were due to a new herpes infection, which might not have shown up on STD testing -- but probably not.
You don't say what STDs you were tested for, but if they included a negative syphilis blood test at 40 days, then you can be sure that's not a problem. However, it takes up to 3 months for HSV (herpes) blood tests to become positive.
1) Except for HSV blood tests, all test results at 40 days are reliable. If you remain concerned about herpes as a cause of the oral sores, you could have a blood test for HSV at 3 months.
2) Your negative test results are reliable. A person's race/ethnicity has no effect on reliability of test results.
3) STDs don't cause such symptoms.
Have you been professionally examined? If not, that would make sense. You can expect that a doctor or clinic will agree that no STD explains your symptoms, especially given the virtually zero-risk nature of the exposures you describe.

It's conclusive. One day makes no difference.

Would HSV cause the symptoms I describe?
