Potential std risks?

Hi Docs
I recently had two encounters with two CSW in vietnam. Here were the summary:
Day 1 fingering ,body hugging and self masturbation with CSW
Day 2 unprotected cunnglingus and self masterbation with CSW 2
Day 3 felt weak , muscle ache and weak (all symtoms last for abt a month)
Day 5 dicovered a sore on upper roof of mouth (clear within 5 days)
Day 18 tested for all stds (all negative except staph aurerous found in pharynx)
Day 23 found another sore on roof of mouth (healed by 6th day)
day 40 tested another round of std (all negative)
sir
1.do I need to test in 3 months time to make sure I really clear of stds?
2. I am having great stress over herpes infection, would it be the case that being Asian take longer time to produce antibodies for herpes to be detected?
3. I recently had felt weak and fatigue again and also experience sore sensations over areas near my lips, is it an std concern?
tks

Welcome to the STD forum.

You describe low risk encounters, since no STD can be transmitted by fingering and hugging; and cunnilingus is very low risk for any and all STDs.  STDs virtually never happen unless a penis is inserted in another person's vagina, rectum or mouth.  Also, no STD causes muscle aching and weakness; those symptoms are just a coincidence, or perhaps due to some non-STD virus that you could have caught from one of your partners.  It is conceivable the oral sores were due to a new herpes infection, which might not have shown up on STD testing -- but probably not.

You don't say what STDs you were tested for, but if they included a negative syphilis blood test at 40 days, then you can be sure that's not a problem.  However, it takes up to 3 months for HSV (herpes) blood tests to become positive.

1) Except for HSV blood tests, all test results at 40 days are reliable.  If you remain concerned about herpes as a cause of the oral sores, you could have a blood test for HSV at 3 months.
2) Your negative test results are reliable.  A person's race/ethnicity has no effect on reliability of test results.
3) STDs don't cause such symptoms.

Have you been professionally examined?  If not, that would make sense. You can expect that a doctor or clinic will agree that no STD explains your symptoms, especially given the virtually zero-risk nature of the exposures you describe.

It's conclusive.  One day makes no difference.
