Your questions seem to indicate a mis-understanding of STD transmission and risk, as well as a mis-understanding of just how common HSV-1 is.  I will try to briefly provide you with some information that may e helpful in clearing things up.

The chances are that you, as well as your wife-to-be already have HSV-1.  Worldwide, the majority of adults have HSV-1, most often which was acquired during childhood.  These infections are not acquired sexually but are acquired through kissing and other normal, non-sexual activities.  To worry that you may have gotten genital HSV-1 infection from receipt of condom protected oral sex or from having someone kiss or lick your genitals is not a realistic concern.  If you had been so unlucky as to get genital HSV-1, you would have developed lesions/sores in the infected area.  You state you have not had lesions.  You should not worry about genital HSV-1.

Similarly, condoms reduce the risk of acquiring HPV.  This too is not something that it is appropriate to be concerned about from the activities you have described.  Your risk of penile cancer related to HPV is very, very low.  You do not know that you have HPV and, even if you do, only a tiny fraction of penile HPV goes on to develop into cancer (far less than 1%).

Finally, STDs, including HSV and HPV are not transmitted by touching first one's self and then another person.

The activities you describe raise no concerns about STDs, including HSV and HPV.  EWH
