Oral Sex STD Contraction

I received oral sex with a condom and am wondering the risks of contracting an STD; I'm most concerned about Herpes. I have felt moderately itchy over the last couple days in my upper back and a little itchiness on my thighs and ankles. My hands have been a little swollen, as well; though I flew back to the states yesterday, which may have caused circulation issues, hence the swollen hands.
I am wondering from the above situation, what the associated STD risks are and when the earliest is that I can get tested for Herpes or other STDs for an accurate account in the test.
Thanks, I appreciate your input.

No, no risk means no risk.  You do not need testing.  EWH

She continued to give me oral sex even after i ejaculated so the condom did not come off for another 20sec after ejaculation. Is there still no reason for concern? Aside from chlymidia, gonnorhea or herpes, is there a chance I could have contracted any other STD, possibly hepatitis related? Should I be taking any tests for any such infections?
Thanks

Following condom protected oral sex, you are are no risk for any STD, including herpes and do not need additional testing - it would be a waste of time and money.  the swelling of your hands you describe is more likely to be due to your recent travel than herpes or any other STD.  You have nothing to worry about from the exposure you describe.  EWH
