Clarity for Test on HepA/Others

Doc,

Posting again as i do not understand your answer and also, appreciate your help so not an issue to donate more money.

I got a battery of tests in Singapore, and they confirmed that my immunization for HepB worked as we discussed.  I was wondering for the test result below also confirmed my immunization for HepA worked.

Anti-HAV Total A > 100.00 mIU/mL >=20 Reactive

Finally, I tested intermediate (5.3) for Candida (what is is this?) and had some white blood cells (*123) and Bateria (* Occasional) in my urine and wondered if I should do anything for these tests.  Below are the tests.  Also, thank so much for your assitance.

Candida Antibody 5.3 AU/mL (ARBITRARY UNITS)
ANTIBODY STATUS
Negative :  10

Urine Microscopy
White Blood Cells * 123 (/uL) (< 7)
Red Blood Cells 0 (/uL) (< 4)
Epithelial Cells 0 (/uL)
Mucus Threads Nil
Bacteria * Occasional
Yeast cells Nil
Casts Nil
Crystals Nil
Others Nil

As Dr. Handsfield has already informed you, there is no evidence of any serious infection or problem on your test results. The test for hepatitis A shows that this vaccine worked for you as well and that you are immune to hepatitis A as well as to hepatitis B.

Candida antibodies are not a useful test and your results are meaningless. The presence of a few white blood cells and bacteria in your urine are likewise normal findings and should not concern you.   As Dr. Handsfield has told you, you have tested far too much.  You need to move forward and should not be worried.  EWH

less than 5 was negative, 5-10 reading intermediate.  I do not know why it will not let me post that.
