Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question.
Your strip club partner probably believes oral sex is safe sex -- i.e. in addition to believing she has no active STDs ("telling me a thousand times she was clean"), she probably knows that oral sex carries little STD risk anyway. And contrary to what a lot of people have come to believe, she is correct. Oral sex isn't entirely free of STD risk, but it's a lot less risky than unprotected vaginal or anal sex. It is low risk for all STDs and zero risk for some of them. Here is the link to a thread that goes into a lot more detail about these facts and the reasons behind them; and as you will see, that discussion includes links to still other threads.

The bottom line is that STD testing is rarely recommended after any single episode of oral sex, unless and until typical STD symptoms show up; or, sometimes, if the oral partner is known to be infected, e.g. with syphilis or oral gonorrhea, or had a known active case of oral herpes.
As for your symptoms, they are not typical for any STD; there are no STDs that could possibly cause "burning sensation" in the thighs, groin, etc. Your statement indicates you know the main symptoms to look for are discharge from the penis (sometimes with painful urination) and penile blisters, sores, etc. If you have none of these within the next few days -- and for sure if none in the next 2 weeks -- you can be confident you weren't infected with herpes or any other STD.
Take a look at the other threads then let me know if there is anything not clear. In the meantime, stay mellow. This wasn't nearly as "stupid [an] occurrence" as you suggest.
Best wishes-- HHH, MD
